463.3 million lek for the electricity network in Pogradec - OSSH opens the tender, aiming for a stable supply for 9,586 subscribers
The Regional Directorate of OSSH Korça has announced the opening of the tender for the development of the 20 kV medium voltage network, electrical cabin, low voltage network with conductors, feeders 2, 3, 4, 8, at the Pogradec station, as well as the construction of pipes and manholes for the exits of feeders 2, 3, 4, 8. The total estimated limit fund is 463 million and 304 thousand lek.
According to the document in the Public Procurement Agency, an appropriate electrical infrastructure must be developed for the tourist area, to guarantee a quality service. This investment will include the construction and electrical reconstruction of several electrical cabins. A new 20/10 kV substation has been built in Pogradec, which is in the implementation phase. 10 20/0.4 kV feeders have emerged from this substation, which were built in the first phase, but feeders 2, 3, 4 and 8 remain to be built, which will be built and are expected to supply the rest of the city of Pogradec and the tourist area of Drilon and Tushemisht.
The project includes medium voltage lines 20 kV, transformation cabins with voltage 20/0.4 kV, as well as the construction of a low voltage network. This project is necessary, as this area currently has a network in poor technical condition, depreciated, heavily loaded and with high technical losses. The project includes a geographical area of 3.9 km² and about 9,586 subscribers (family and private). The main parameters of the new Pogradec substation 110/35/10/20 kV, the substation that will supply the Pogradec area with energy will guarantee a very high standard, the document states.
From the study of the area to be supplied, it is expected that the new feeder will have the maximum currents at the time of construction. Meanwhile, in the second lot, the development of the 20 kV medium voltage network, electrical cabin, low voltage network, as well as the construction of pipes and manholes for the outputs of feeders 2, 3, 4, 8 is foreseen.
The 110/35/10 kV Pogradec substation that currently supplies this city with electricity was built in 1968. Referring to the document, new cabins will be built and the existing ones will be reconstructed. Likewise, in the third lot, the construction of electrical cabins, the development of the low voltage network, feeder 4 is foreseen. The implementation of this project aims to reduce losses in the area involved.
