A few days ago, the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation published in the Official Gazette, the new average prices for the sale and purchase of housing in the market.

But according to the property valuation expert, the reference price is not a fair price.

"The reference price cannot be said to be a fair price. Because we take concretely where we are located in our office, this is a building that is by the street, but this building by the street also has commercial units that are at the back, of course it is not the same value. With the reference price these have the same value, but in reality the market price changes."

Referring to the order of the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, published in the Official Gazette, the average price of living space per m2 in Tirana is 124,316 ALL, in Durrës it is 71,157 ALL/m2.

In the municipality of Elbasan, one m2 of residential area reaches 55,400 ALL, in Fier the sales price is recorded at 55,375 ALL/m2, in the municipality of Vlora the new price is 66,680 ALL/m2. Prices have also increased in other cities, which have increased by an average of over 4,000 ALL per m2.
