"Important notice for passengers: On May 15 and 16, Tirana will host the European Political Community summit with the participation of leaders from all over Europe. Due to security measures and road closures, delays and heavy traffic are expected. Passengers traveling on these dates are advised to plan in advance and arrive 3 hours before their flight," the "Mother Teresa" airport said in a statement.
