In Albania, enrolling a child in primary education in the private sector costs parents on average about 210 euros per month, or about 2520 euros per year.

This data is provided by a survey of the data site Numbeo, which provides an overview of the costs of living in different countries.

Compared to the countries of the region, Albania ranks among the cheapest countries for private primary education.

Kosovo holds first place for the lowest cost, with an average monthly fee of 137 euros.

On the other side of the spectrum, Serbia is the most expensive country, with a monthly cost of 315 euros.

After it come North Macedonia with 279 euros and Montenegro with 275 euros per month.

According to data from INSTAT, the number of private kindergartens in Albania is estimated at 28,864, reflecting the high interest of parents in private education that offers an alternative to the public sector.
