New Elbasan–Qafë Thanë/Balluku road: 70% of the works have been completed in phase II
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku informed today that 70% of the works on the second phase of the new Elbasan - Qafë Thanë road have been completed.
According to the announcement, the railway underpass and the automobile overpass have already been constructed.
"Meanwhile, we are moving at a rapid pace in forming the road body. 80% of the route has been opened and work is being done with the road layers, where the application of bituminous conglomerate and binder has been completed," informs Balluku.
