OSHEE Group's innovation: From October 1, energy bills will also be paid by card at service points!
Starting from October 1, citizens can also pay their electricity bills with a bank card at OSHEE Group service points.
The pilot project was initially implemented in Tirana, where counters were equipped with POS machines that accept cards from any bank, at no additional cost to subscribers.
This service comes as part of the digitalization process and aims to make payments faster, safer and easier for citizens.
Through card payments, citizens benefit from fast and convenient service as transactions are carried out immediately.
Payments of electricity bills via card offer higher security by avoiding carrying large amounts of cash on hand.
In addition to card payments, OSHEE customers can also pay their electricity bills physically at our counters, through the e-albania platform, or alternative channels such as the Albanian Post Office, money transfer points, and second-tier banks.
These channels give citizens flexibility and choice according to their needs.
You can also pay your electricity bills through our digital platforms, the OSHEE application and the official website www.oshee.al.
Digital services offer opportunities for fast and secure online payments, 24 hours a day.
These options are particularly suitable for those who want to avoid counters and manage payments remotely.
OSHEE Group plans to expand the card payment project to other cities in the country after Tirana. The goal is to continuously modernize services, facilitate procedures for citizens, and adapt to new digitalization trends.
