Registry for the execution and collection of fines - From penalties for cars to measures for businesses in a single system

Albania will have a special registry for the execution and collection of fines imposed on citizens and businesses.
Referring to the government decision published in the Official Gazette, the registry will serve as a Centralized Fine Collection System. The administering institution of the state database in this registry will be the General Inspectorate. The data contained in the Registry for the Execution and Collection of Fines are divided into primary data and secondary data.
Specifically, primary data includes the unique identification number of the fine, while secondary data includes personal data generated by the National Civil Status Registry for the individual who received the fine, such as name, date of birth, place of residence, etc.; the State Police Electronic Fines System, which includes data on all car fines and other measures for violations of traffic rules; the e-Inspection System, which includes fines imposed by the Central and local Inspectorates; the e-DPSHTRR electronic system for data related to the technical data of the vehicle, including the registration number; vehicle identification number; type/type of vehicle; brand; etc.; the Electronic Taxpayer Registry of the General Directorate of Taxation, which includes all data on taxpayers, from the NIPT number, to the subject's address or the administrator's name.
The data of the Registry for the Execution and Collection of Fines is periodically updated by the responsible structure, whenever necessary or there are changes to this data.
The database of the Registry for the Execution and Collection of Fines interacts through electronic data exchange with state databases such as the Commercial Registry; National Civil Status Registry; Electronic System of Fines of the State Police; e-Inspection System; e-DPSHTRR electronic system; Electronic Registry of Taxpayers; Registry of Beneficial Owners.
Payment of fines will be made online on the -Albania portal through a dedicated electronic service, linked to the electronic payment platform, as well as by payment order.
