Rama is welcomed by Erdogan at the Presidential Palace in Ankara

Prime Minister Edi Rama was received today at the Presidential Palace, Cumhurbaşkanlığı Külliyesi in Ankara by the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The Prime Minister shared footage from the meeting on social media. "With the President of Turkey and valued friend, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, at the Presidential Palace, Cumhurbaşkanlığı Külliyesi, after the NATO summit and within the framework of bilateral relations," the head of the Albanian government wrote.
Prime Minister Edi Rama is in Ankara and yesterday participated in the proceedings of the NATO summit, where leaders of allied countries discussed current security challenges and the strategic directions of the Alliance.
Rama was received at the official welcoming ceremony by NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, and the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Rama also held a meeting with the leaders of NATO countries and with the Secretary General, Mark Rutte.
At the end of the NATO summit, it was decided that the next summit would be held in Albania.
The summit in Ankara brought together leaders of the 32-member alliance, as well as key partners, to discuss Europe's defense capacity, NATO's defense spending targets, military modernization and continued support for Ukraine.
