Rama gathers the government after the swearing-in of the new ministers

The Council of Ministers held a cabinet meeting today, which was also attended by the new ministers after being sworn in before President Bajram Begaj in a ceremony that took place at the Brigades Palace.
"Today at the new government table," wrote Prime Minister Edi Rama as he shared footage from the government meeting.
The new members who joined the government at today's meeting are Albana Koçiu as Deputy Prime Minister, Ferit Hoxha as Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Besfort Lamallari as Minister of Internal Affairs, Ermal Nufi as Minister of Defense, Toni Gogu as Minister of Justice, Enea Karakaçi as Minister of Infrastructure and Energy and Erjona Ismaili as Minister of State for Parliamentary Relations.
The changes to the government cabinet were proposed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, also chairman of the Socialist Party, at the expanded meeting of the SP parliamentary group on February 26.
President Begaj decreed on March 4 the changes to the government cabinet, which were approved yesterday by a majority vote by the Assembly.
