Balluku passes the baton to the new Minister of Infrastructure: "His way of

After being sworn in as President, the new Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Enea Karakaçi, was introduced by his predecessor, Belinda Balluku. During the transfer of office, she stated that the professional capacities of the new leader and several years of experience in this Ministry will make it possible to advance many important projects in the field of infrastructure and Energy.

"Enea has grown in this ministry, has passed through different levels, thus becoming a living proof of the development of public administration assets. I say that Enea should be an inspiration for each of you sitting here, because at Enea, every man and woman sitting in these chairs should look at their own progress, should see how they can be given the opportunity to have what Enea can build in the coming days. His way of leading all the policies that we have developed within OSHEE, his professional capacity and deep knowledge of the energy system and the Albanian administration was a guaranteed success. Now Enea will carry an even heavier weight, but I am convinced that the choice that Edi Rama has made is the best choice ," said Balluku.

According to Karakaç, through cooperation between staff, subordinate institutions and citizens, challenges will be advanced and what citizens demand will be achieved.

"I first entered this ministry as a specialist in 2011, I have made my journey, as you said, from specialist to head of sector, general director and most recently administrator of the country's largest energy corporation. Precisely because of this journey, I am very clear in terms of vision, approach, objectives and what is required from the prime minister, but also from citizens for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy ," he said.
