Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister of Agriculture Anila Denaj held a meeting with farmers in the Cerrik area.

But, during his speech, Prime Minister Rama gave importance to land registration.
"First, regarding the registration, it is true that it has taken time, but you should keep in mind that it is not an easy task, especially considering the total mess that we have found in the state cadastre. Now the work has started again. The registration of the digital, computerized land inventory is being carried out, with the support of the EU. Part of our commitments in the accession process, it is expected to be concluded as a process by 2028. In the meantime, there are two components that I want to share with you. The first seems to have nothing to do with you because it is called the mountains package. When we have taken an important step for ownership, giving the opportunity to those who have the actual property but do not legally own it because they do not have the documents, we will give the opportunity to all those who want to invest in these lands, with a certificate from the municipal council, to enter into a relationship with the state, pay 1 euro, make their investment and register it as their land. This is a process for "Overcoming all kinds of bureaucratic and legal obstacles. We want to extend the same concept to cultivated land."
