Pilot project/ Changes for fruit and vegetable trading units - The agency opens the tender for new stalls in the markets of Tirana
The Market Administration Agency in Tirana is experimenting with a new type of stall for fruit and vegetable trading units. The agency has announced the tender worth 3.6 million ALL for the implementation of the pilot project.
The project of the new stalls aims to improve the quality of trading conditions, in order to make them as functional as possible for the exercise of fruit-vegetable trading activity.
The new trading units are designed to be metal, with a display and a rain cover. The pilot project envisages the production of the first 20 stalls, which, if they prove to be efficient, can be further extended to other markets.
The Market Administration Agency is an institution under the Tirana Municipality, created in 2017. This agency administers 10 important markets of Tirana, among which Pazari Ri, 1 Maji, Petro Nini, etc.
