The new program for the development of public properties is presented

Based on the experiences of Italy and Spain, which for many years have set up structures similar to the structure of the Albanian Investment Corporation, which are available to the public sector and serve as powerful bridges for complex interactions with the private sector.
We are here to present some first projects that are the result of international competitions, related to joint developments with entrepreneurship and that will be placed before the competition and that aim to make available
A new profile will be created for the public sector, an entrepreneurial profile that will put us in the club of countries that have these practices and experiences for many years and consolidated, and as a result the state will not be stripped of its participation in property development, but will be an actor in cooperation with other market actors. Through this new instrument, we give the institutions the opportunity to develop the properties they have in the function of their public interests, and we give the opportunity to the enterprise that in the case of state properties, they can use this instrument, not like in the past without getting anything in return .
