For the first time, ministers, who are the four new names added to the government?

Erjona Ismaili – Minister for Parliamentary Relations
Erjona Ismaili, was born on March 26, 1990 in Saranda. She studied law and then defended a professional master's degree in Administrative Law, as well as a scientific master's degree in Communication Sciences, Political Public Relations. She has worked in the media and public administration, and has been involved in European Union projects. She has served as Regional Coordinator in the Swiss project "Strong Municipalities". In the last elections, she ran and won as a deputy in the Vlora District, under the banner of the Socialist Party of Albania. In addition to her function as a deputy, Ms. Ismaili has recently also been the Spokesperson of the SP parliamentary group.
Ferid Hoxha – Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs
Ferid Hoxha is a career diplomat with over three decades of experience and has represented Albania in the EU, France, Belgium and the UN. Ferit Hoxha was born on February 22 in the city of Shkodra. He graduated in 1988 from the Faculty of Foreign Languages; French Language and Culture, University of Tirana, Albania. He is also a graduate of the Netherlands Institute of International Relations “Clingendael”, The Hague. He began his first experience as a diplomat in 1991, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then in 1998 he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Head of the Mission of the Republic of Albania to the European Union, Brussels, a post he held until 2001. Then in the years 2001-2006 he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the French Republic, Paris and in the years 2003-2006 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Portuguese Republic, with residence in Paris. From 2006 to 2009 he was Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2009 he was appointed Ambassador of Albania to the UN, but he is also accredited as Ambassador to Cuba.
Enea Karakaçi – Minister of Infrastructure and Energy
Enea Karakaçi has led OSHEE Group and held key positions in policy-making for energy, renewable sources and energy efficiency. A lawyer with a master's degree in EU Law from the University of Amsterdam, he comes with extensive experience in the energy and regulatory sector.
Karakaçi has extensive experience in the energy sector. He previously held the position of Director General for Energy and Industry Policy and Development at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. In this position, he was responsible for developing policies and strategies for energy in general, renewable energy, oil and gas, minerals and energy efficiency in Albania.
His background is in energy law. Mr. Karakaçi gained his first experience at the Energy Regulatory Authority, which is an independent regulatory authority for the Albanian energy sector. He was later employed at the Ministry of Energy, where he held various positions.
Ermal Nufi – Minister of Defense
Ermal Nufi has served as Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister's Office and has extensive experience as a lawyer, advocate and legal consultant. He has held leadership positions in institutions such as ARRSH, ASHK and ASIG, combining legal experience with public administration.
