"Mountain Package", development for mountainous areas - Dervishi: Attention is also paid to constructions in protected areas
The chairman of the Association of Albanian Restaurants and Inns, Kujtim Dervishi, thinks that the "Mountain Package" will positively affect the economic and social development of mountainous areas. Also, he suggests that special attention be paid to investments in protected areas.
The draft law on the "Mountains Package", approved on Thursday at the government meeting, will have a positive effect on the economic and social development of mountainous areas. Invited to Scan Live, the Chairman of the Association of Albanian Restaurants and Inns, Kujtim Dervishi, stated that the facilities offered in this package will make immigrants to Albania bring not only capital, but also the knowledge they have acquired abroad.
Also, according to Mr. Dervish, the investment map should also include protected areas, but with the condition that nature is rescued and protected.
Among other things, the draft law provides for the transfer of state ownership to private ownership with a symbolic fee of 1 euro, but the ownership certificate is obtained after the planned construction is completed. If the construction does not start for a period of 3 years, then the Ministry of Economy has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
