A new agreement for the sustainable development of enterprises in Albania!

Today, AIDA and the International Labor Organization (ILO) signed a cooperation agreement to institutionalize the SCORE program – which aims to increase productivity, competitiveness and responsible business practices in the textile and footwear sectors.
- Since 2023, SCORE has supported nearly 30 enterprises, improving working conditions for over 3,700 employees.
- Stronger workplace collaboration, better safety standards and cleaner environments have led to increased productivity and the promotion of decent work (hashtag #DecentWork).
- AIDA will now lead the implementation of the SCORE program at the national level, with the support of the ILO until 2027.
This collaboration is part of the joint UN project “Business Partnerships and Solutions for SDGs”, funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Albania and implemented by UNDP, ILO, FAO and UNIDO.
Together we are building competitive, inclusive and sustainable enterprises, for the benefit of employees and the Albanian economy.
