Modernization of the treasury system - AKSHI opens the tender with a fund of 750 million ALL
The National Agency of the Information Society has announced the opening of the tender for the improvement of the treasury system. The estimated limit fund is 750 million and 314 thousand ALL.
The general object of this project is to improve the hardware and software infrastructure of the SIFQ Treasury System (Government Financial Information System), updating it so that it is secure and meets the requirements of the time. These improvements should increase the performance, safety and effectiveness of work processes.
The Government's Financial Information System is a necessary application for the execution of the state budget, the administration of the government's central account, the financial forecast and the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the government, according to international standards in the framework of the realization of the mission of the Ministry of Finance .
The users of the system are employees of the Ministry of Finance, of the treasury branches in the districts, of the budgetary institutions connected online as well as the third parties with whom they exchange data.
Therefore, it is intended to improve the treasury system and update it from Oracle E-Business Suite to the updated system. The Treasury system is based on Oracle E-Business Suite and is built to help users make better decisions and be more competitive, while reducing costs and increasing performance.
The system will allow access only to authorized persons, with the rights defined in this system.
