Mbi 129 milionë lekë tarifa financiare nga ankesat në KPP/ 42.4 milionë lekë do të depozitohen në Buxhetin e Shtetit
Mbi 129 milionë lekë janë arkëtuar në 7 muaj nga Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik si tarifa financiare të vendosura në kuadër të procedurave të prokurimit të ankimuara nga operatorët ekonomikë.
Të dhënat e KPP tregojnë se gjatë shqyrtimit të ankesave, një pjesë e konsiderueshme e këtyre fondeve u është rikthyer operatorëve ekonomikë, ndërsa pjesa tjetër do të kalojë në Buxhetin e Shtetit.
Në total, 129 milionë e 659 mijë lekë janë arkëtuar si garanci financiare për procedurat e prokurimit të ankimuara. Tw dhwnat tregojnw se 77 milionë e 90 mijë lekë janë tarifa të kthyera ndaj operatorëve ekonomikë, pas përfundimit të shqyrtimit administrativ të procedurave.
Ndërkohë, 42 milionë e 476 mijë lekë janë përcaktuar për t’u derdhur në Buxhetin e Shtetit, në përfundim të shqyrtimit të procedurave të prokurimit. Sipas KPP, këto të ardhura lidhen me ankesat e paraqitura nga operatorët ekonomikë gjatë viteve 2025 dhe 2026. Për tarifat e kthyera, bëhet fjalë për ankesa të viteve 2025-2026, për të cilat Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik ka marrë vendim gjatë vitit 2026.
E njëjta periudhë referimi vlen edhe për tarifat që, pas përfundimit të shqyrtimit administrativ, janë përcaktuar për t'u transferuar në Buxhetin e Shtetit. Në këtë mënyrë, të dhënat financiare pasqyrojnë jo vetëm vlerën e tarifave të arkëtuara nga procedurat e ankimuara, por edhe fondet që, në varësi të vendimmarrjes së KPP, rikthehen te operatorët ekonomikë ose kalojnë në arkën e shtetit.
