MatchMaker Albania produces concrete agreements: TEDA Tirana signs cooperation with the European Chamber of Commerce in Dubai

TIRANA – MatchMaker Albania is proving its effectiveness as a platform for promoting international collaborations, while B2B meetings held within the framework of this event have begun to materialize into important agreements for the Albanian economy.
One of the most significant developments comes from TEDA Tirana, which, as part of the “Digital Horizons” space, has attracted high interest from international partners. As a result of these contacts, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed today between TEDA Tirana and the European Chamber of Commerce in Dubai.
This collaboration aims to identify and attract foreign businesses to locate in TEDA Tirana, creating new opportunities for increasing foreign direct investment and developing strategic sectors in the country.
The Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) has played a key role in this process, being one of the main supporting institutions of MatchMaker Albania and facilitating connections between local businesses and international partners.
Its director, Laura Saro, stated that these developments represent a clear indicator of the potential that Albania has to attract quality investments and build sustainable partnerships with global markets.
Economic experts consider this agreement as a concrete step towards strengthening the investment climate in the country and a positive signal for foreign investors seeking new opportunities in the region.
MatchMaker Albania is expected to continue to produce other results in the future, as a significant number of contacts and negotiations initiated during the event are still in progress. The organizers emphasize that this is just the beginning of a series of collaborations that aim to contribute to the economic development and further integration of Albania into international markets.
