Eye check before starting school - Topi: Screening should be done at an early

As the start of the new school year approaches, children's health checkups take on special importance.

Among them is a visit to the ophthalmologist, as vision problems can go unnoticed, but directly affect learning, concentration, and school results.

According to ophthalmologist Rubin Topi, early detection of eye problems in children is extremely important, as they can be corrected.

The doctor emphasizes that prolonged use of phones, tablets, and other digital devices is increasingly taking a toll on children's eye health.

Topi suggests that children who have vision problems should visit a specialist every 6 months, while for adults, once a year.
