Conflict in the Middle East, Prime Minister Rama communicates with Albanian ambassadors in affected countries

Following the escalation of the security situation in the Middle East, Prime Minister Rama held a communication with the ambassadors of the Republic of Albania about the entire commitment of the Albanian diplomatic network to guarantee the security of Albanian citizens in the affected countries, the continuous communication with Albanian compatriots who are in these countries to manage their requests and needs. In the online communication, Rama asked that the entire diplomatic team coordinate the work and inform in real time. Meanwhile, Ambassador Ferit Hoxha, who is expected to take over the portfolio of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, said that "The good thing is that we maintain contacts, we have everyone registered, we have the opportunity to maintain contacts with the embassy because we are the ones who must help them and the Albanian public service must not only be at the top of the task, but also give the best of itself."
There are many Albanian citizens who are in the Persian Gulf countries, or even wider in the region, for work or other purposes, and the embassies are maintaining contact with them.
In the last two days following the coordinated attack by the US and Israel, Iran has attacked several Persian Gulf countries, leading the conflict to a very dangerous escalation.
