ACRIS, si e ndihmon databaza kërkimin shkencor? Xhelaj: Duhet pasuruar me të dhënat nga universitetet, i shërben rankimit
Qeveria ka miratuar krijimin e Sistemit Shqiptar të Informacionit të Kërkimit Shkencor, i njohur si ACRIS, një regjistër kombëtar që do të mbledhë dhe centralizojë të dhënat mbi projektet, kërkuesit dhe institucionet shkencore në vend.
Alban Xhelaj, nga Rrjeti Akademik Shqiptar tregon se janë bërë disa përpjekje për krijim e databazës, ndërsa sqaron se hapi I parë për ndërtimin e një database kombëtare është mbledhja e të dhënave nga universitetet.
“Është punuar ndër vite për ta krijuar. Synohett ë krijohet një census për kërkimin shkencor dhe shërbente për procesin screening, pasi mungonin këto të dhëna. Krijimi I kësaj database vlen shumë për të dhënat. Sugjerimi do ishte të avancohej me databasat universitare, që të pasurohej ajo kombëtare, pasi është punë e përditshme e universiteteve. Në nivelin universitar do I shërbente një rankimi të brendshëm” thotë Xhelaj
Ndërkohë, Bashkimi Europian ka disa kërkesa specifike sa I përket kërkimit shkencor, të cilat vendi ynë I ka kthyer në objektiva brenda 2030.
