Qukës-Qafë Plloçë road opens to traffic

September 5th marks the official opening of the Qukës – Qafë Plloçë road for vehicles.
The axis has a total length of 43.8 km and is a category C1 road where the permitted speed will be 80 - 90 km/h.
Circulation through this road is expected to shorten travel time to the southeast of the country by about 25 minutes.
