EU funds for farmers, Minister Salla in Brussels on the next steps to be taken
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Andis Salla, during an official visit to Brussels, held a meeting with the Director General of the Directorate General for Agriculture at the European Commission, Elisabeth Werner. During the meeting, they discussed Albania's progress in absorbing European funds for agriculture and rural development, as well as further steps for the effective implementation of the IPARD III program.

According to Minister Salla, during the meeting, Albania's positive progress in fulfilling the obligations related to this program was evaluated, creating more financing opportunities for Albanian farmers and agribusinesses.
Minister Salla emphasized that increasing access to European Union funds and modernizing the agricultural sector remain an important priority on Albania's unstoppable path towards European integration.
