What employees are most wanted in Albania? - The "brain" is disappearing, there are fewer requests for AKPA
A few days ago, the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation announced that there are 5400 vacancies announced on the portal puna.gov.al. But on the last day of November, SCAN carried out an observation on the website of the National Agency for Employment and Skills, where for the period of one month, 1448 employment results were published.
But which professions are in high demand? At the National Agency for Employment and Skills, vacancies are listed in the private sector, but also in the public sector, where what is noticed is that the private sector has the highest number of listings.
According to the research, referring to the level of education, the lowest number of searches has the category of employees without education, where only 7 are required per month, where the leading positions are construction workers, house workers, or fishermen.
Meanwhile, in the categories of education level in primary education, 9-year education, secondary education and professional education, the search results have managed to generate 1244 job vacancies near this agency. The labor market, based on research, mainly has requests for tailors, manual workers, waiters, cooks, sanitary workers, etc.
But for a higher level of education, mainly for Bachelor, about 101 employees are looking for a month. In this category, the requirements are for engineers, economists and financiers, nurses, lawyers, etc.
For the professional and scientific master's level of education, about 95 employees are required in a month and mainly the job requirements are for engineers, economists, medical staff, etc.
