Energy 2025-2029 / Minister Balluku reveals the main objectives of the mandate for this sector
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, in a post on social networks announced the new energy objectives for the next mandate in this sector:
1-Reducing the level of losses in the network to less than 12%
2-Diversification of energy sources with over 1500 MW
3-Construction of the largest wind farm in Tropoja, with a capacity of 600 MW
4-Gasification of the city of Korça
5-Tripling energy transport capacity
6-Strengthening regional connectivity with new interconnection links
7-Improving the distribution network through investments
8-Starting the construction of the underwater power line with Italy
