DIVA, AmCham kërkon më shumë informacion për bizneset, trajnime për deklaratat e reja
Dhoma Amerikane e Tregtisë organizoi një trajnim informues për komunitetin e biznesit mbi ndryshimet më të fundit në sistemin e deklarimeve tatimore për vitin 2025. Aktiviteti u zhvillua në bashkëpunim me Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme të Tatimeve dhe tërhoqi interes të lartë nga anëtarët e Dhomës dhe përfaqësues të bizneseve.
Gjatë fjalës së tij, Drejtori Ekzekutiv i Dhomës Amerikane, Neritan Mullaj, theksoi rëndësinë që ka për bizneset informimi i vazhdueshëm mbi ndryshimet ligjore dhe zhvillimet në sistemin fiskal. Sipas tij, mbajtja e anëtarëve të përditësuar me këto ndryshime mbetet një prioritet për Dhomën, duke pasur parasysh ndikimin që politikat fiskale kanë në aktivitetin e përditshëm të kompanive.
Në këtë kuadër, përfaqësues të administratës tatimore prezantuan rregullat e reja dhe mënyrën e plotësimit të deklaratave tatimore. Drejtoresha e Proceseve të Biznesit në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme të Tatimeve, Rezana Celmeta, shpjegoi detajet teknike të ndryshimeve dhe adresoi çështje praktike që lidhen me zbatimin e tyre.
Fokusi i trajnimit ishte veçanërisht tek Deklarata Individuale Vjetore e të Ardhurave, e cila konsiderohet një instrument i rëndësishëm për transparencën fiskale dhe administrimin e të ardhurave personale. Në këtë deklaratë përfshihen kategori të ndryshme të ardhurash, si pagat, të ardhurat nga qiratë, dividendët apo aktivitetet e tjera ekonomike.
Gjatë takimit, përfaqësues të biznesit ngritën gjithashtu disa nga shqetësimet që hasen gjatë procesit të deklarimit të të ardhurave dhe plotësimit të deklaratës vjetore, duke theksuar nevojën për më shumë qartësi dhe informacion mbi procedurat dhe kërkesat e këtij procesi.
Trajnimi u zhvillua në një format interaktiv, ku pjesëmarrësit patën mundësinë të drejtojnë pyetje konkrete dhe të diskutojnë drejtpërdrejt me ekspertët e administratës tatimore për sfidat që hasin gjatë plotësimit të deklaratave tatimore.
