The plenary session will address the topic: "Corridor VIII in Europe's strategic moment: Connectivity, sustainability through military mobility and shared prosperity through integration", emphasizing and underlining the role of Corridor VIII as a strategic pillar that unites the economic, security and regional connectivity dimensions in the function of shared prosperity.

The adoption of a joint statement is expected during the Ministerial, while the program will also include bilateral meetings and a joint press conference.

Within the framework of the ministerial, the Economic Forum for Corridor VIII will also be held, with the theme: "From Strategic Linkage to Regional Economic Growth: The Economic Potential of Corridor VIII", which will be held at the premises of the Bank of Albania.

The Economic Forum will bring together public authorities, European institutions, international financial institutions and economic actors to advance the dialogue on economic development, connectivity and investment along Corridor VIII. The Forum aims to mobilize European and international financing instruments and produce concrete recommendations to transform Corridor VIII into a catalyst for investment, growth and regional economic integration.
