Festive atmosphere in the capital - From children to adults, Tirana celebrates Summer Day
This was the celebration today in the capital, along the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, where many citizens came out to celebrate Summer Day, which is a very beloved holiday for Albanian citizens, in this very festive atmosphere.
On this day, one of the special features are the artisanal products that are sold along the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard. But how interested are Albanian citizens in these products?
"So, greetings to everyone, I wish you a happy Summer Day! Crafts in Albania have also been and are the most favorite, because these are works that give us identity, they are a tradition, and it is a tradition that passes through generations. They are always valued more and more, they are always in demand more and more. Handicrafts, as they say, never lose their value and are things that are always in demand even more.", expresses the craftsman.
This day also brought together Albanian immigrants, who celebrated Summer Day.
"It's the first time I've been to Tirana in years and I'm seeing this beautiful environment. It's very beautiful, I see many people happy. Very beautiful, very beautiful environment. I hope that every time I come to Albania I see my country, especially Tirana because I'm from Tirana, always better. This is my wish and the people as happy as possible," said the citizen.
