The government has made changes to the development and construction permit procedures for state-owned lands, as well as added categories of interventions that do not need to be provided with a construction permit.
According to the decision, for development permits that are approved by the National Council of Territory and Water, in cases of access to lands owned by the state, the development permit also includes access to these properties, without the need for an approval from the state owner. Exceptions are state properties for the resource type "field", "olive", "forest" and "pasture", which means that approval will be required.
Also, it is specified that access to these properties without approval includes cases when they are not occupied by objects, are not under the administration of state institutions, and are not transferred to local self-government units. The same provision also applies to construction permits approved by KKTU, which will now include access to these properties.
At the same time, according to the decision, the construction of unusable roofs in rural areas will now be considered an intervention that does not require the equipment with a building permit, while the National Spatial Planning Agency and the Spatial Development Agency will have to approve the technical standards within a month. necessary for their construction.
