Agritourism, tradition and nature with one click - Two platforms for online guides in 200 Albanian units and guesthouses
The Agritourism AL application and the agroturism.gov.al website are two up-to-date Albanian agritourism platforms, which offer over 200 tourism offers, making it easier to explore agritourism farms, camps, towers, wineries, artisans and folklore traditions of the country.
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj, shared on social networks the views offered by clicking on the Agritourism AL application, where the traditions of rural Albania are revealed. Also, all individuals can download the application in the App Store or Play Store, which brings Albanian agrotourism to everyone's smartphone.
Meanwhile, there are over 200 tourist farms and tours to stables, wine, olive, citrus, mussel and fish on the two platforms, which are of value to agro-entrepreneurs and visitors to these beautiful spots of Albania.
For Albania, agritourism is more than just a trend, it is a way to promote rural development, protect biodiversity and support local communities. By opening their doors to tourists, Albanian farmers can share their traditions, creating new economic opportunities.
The Albanian government supports and promotes agritourism through a favorable fiscal package and financial support, to revitalize and further develop the rural environment, as an important asset of our economy and culture.
