Is the investigation continuing in the aesthetic centers? - Ndoi: We are at the stage where statements are received from the subjects
A short time ago, the police undertook an action where they hit the aesthetic centers that developed their activity with contraband goods.
In an interview for Scan TV, the Head of the Directorate for Economic Crimes in the State Police, Gentjan Ndoi, emphasized that this investigation is ongoing.
"The action had its effects, the investigation into the matter in question is currently ongoing, specifically all the subjects that have been under investigation, are being controlled and observed and their activity is being investigated. We are at the stage where statements are taken and other investigative actions are taken due to this investigation that has been followed. It's just that the investigation is ongoing."
But are there new subjects currently under investigation?
"Of course we have investigations for new subjects, it does not mean that with 30 controls, all other subjects have been analyzed. Checks were carried out at those entities that we reasonably suspected might have contraband. During the controls, we found that 19 of them had contraband goods or had traces of contraband goods in their possession. The administrators, their legal entity itself, were investigated. And the investigation continues."
According to Ndoi, the sectors that have large financial transactions, such as the construction sector or call center, are under surveillance to attack fiscal evasion or economic crime.
