3,580 legalizations approved in July/ ASHK: Decisions arrive directly in e-Albania
The State Cadastre Agency has announced that during the month of July, a total of 3,580 legalization decisions were approved, continuing the process of providing citizens with the relevant ownership documentation.
According to the announcement, beneficiaries do not need to appear at the counters, as the legalization decision is sent directly to their profile on the e-Albania platform. The document is equipped with a digital seal and electronic signature, guaranteeing legal validity and facilitating administrative procedures.
This service aims to reduce waiting times and avoid unnecessary costs for citizens, while the process is carried out entirely electronically. Meanwhile, for full transparency, the names of the beneficiaries are published in the "Publications" section, organized according to the respective Local Directories. Citizens can verify if they are beneficiaries by consulting the published lists and then download the decision from their e-Albania account.
The State Cadastre Agency appeals to all citizens to periodically check their profile on the electronic platform, to familiarize themselves with the documents and services made available to them digitally.
ASHK emphasizes that the legalization process remains a priority, with the aim of accelerating the formalization of properties and providing faster, more transparent and more efficient services to citizens.
