US 15-point plan to end the war? - Iran denies holding talks with Americans

End of the war, or ground troops? The reports are contradictory. According to media reports, the US has sent Iran a 15-point plan to end the war. It was the American newspaper The New York Times that reported, citing two internal sources.
Meanwhile, the Washington Post reported that the US Department of Defense has ordered the deployment of approximately 3,000 soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East. The New York Times reported a figure of around 2,000 soldiers. These US special forces are capable of parachuting into enemy territory and could potentially serve as the spearhead of a ground operation.
Regarding the US proposal to end the war: Israel's Channel 12 reported that the nuclear facilities of Natanz, Isfahan and Fordow are being shut down. It is also being demanded that free navigation in the Strait of Hormuz be guaranteed and that no uranium enrichment be carried out on Iranian soil. The US is said to be proposing a month-long ceasefire to discuss the plan. President Donald Trump had previously stated that they were talking to "the right people" in Iran.
On Wednesday morning, an Iranian military spokesman reportedly scoffed at US efforts to broker a ceasefire, saying the Americans were simply negotiating with themselves. Ebrahim Solfaghari, spokesman for the Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters, which takes command of the General Staff during wartime, made the comments in a video broadcast on state television.
“Have your internal conflicts escalated to the point where you are negotiating with yourself?” he asked sarcastically. Solfaghari’s comments came shortly after the Trump administration, via Pakistan, reportedly sent a 15-point ceasefire plan to Iran.
Hopes of a possible ceasefire in the Middle East eased supply concerns among oil market investors, with Brent crude futures down 5% to $99 a barrel.
