Gatishmëria digjitale, ku renditet Shqipëria? Vendi përparon më së shumti në kapitalin njerëzor
Shqipëria është renditur në vendin e 79-të nga 127 ekonomi në edicionin e vitit 2025 të Network Readiness Index (NRI), një nga raportet kryesore globale që mat përdorimin dhe ndikimin e teknologjisë së informacionit dhe komunikimit në zhvillimin ekonomik dhe shoqëror. Vlerësimi bazohet në shtylla kryesore si : Teknologjia, Njerëzit, dhe Ndikimi.
Sipas raportit, Shqipëria ka performancën më të mirë në shtyllën “Njerëzit”, ku renditet në vendin e 59-të, duke reflektuar potencialin njerëzor dhe nivelin relativisht të mirë të arsimimit. Një nga treguesit më pozitivë është norma e lartë e shkrim-leximit të të rriturve online, ku vendi renditet i 28-ti globalisht.
Në anën tjetër, dobësitë më të mëdha shfaqen në shtyllën e “Teknologjisë”, ku Shqipëria pozicionohet në vendin e 97-të. Veçanërisht problematike mbeten nën-shtyllat që lidhen me përmbajtjen digjitale dhe teknologjitë e së ardhmes, ku vendi renditet përkatësisht i 93-ti dhe i 120-ti.
Sa i përket ndikimit të teknologjisë në ekonomi dhe cilësinë e jetës, Shqipëria renditet në vendin e 73-të. Treguesit e lidhur me jetëgjatësinë e shëndetshme dhe pabarazinë e të ardhurave paraqiten relativisht pozitivë, ndërsa ndikimi ekonomik i sektorit të teknologjisë mbetet i kufizuar. Në krahasim me vendet me të ardhura të mesme të larta, Shqipëria renditet e 22-ta në këtë grup.Kjo nënkupton se ka hapësirë të konsiderueshme për përmirësim, veçanërisht në drejtim të zhvillimit teknologjik dhe rritjes së kapaciteteve inovative.
