November holidays "boosted" inter-Albanian tourism/ Over 22 thousand Kosovo Albanians were accommodated in our country
According to data from the "Kosovo Agency of Statistics" for the month of November 2025, around 9,700 visitors from Albania entered Kosovo, spending around 16 thousand nights, which indicates that a large part of the visits were several days long and directly related to the November holidays and cultural activities that accompany this period.
The average of about 1.6 nights per visitor proves that Kosovo is not just a transit destination for Albanians in Albania, but one of the most sustainable forms of regional circulation.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, INSTAT data shows that among the main non-resident visitors to Albania are those from Kosovo. In the same period, this country ranks among the main source countries of tourism in Albania. Of the over 126 thousand non-resident visitors who visited the country in November 2025, about 18% were from Kosovo, which translates into approximately 22,800 Kosovar visitors.
Only Italy has had a slightly higher weight, while Kosovo leaves behind markets such as Germany, France and the United Kingdom, confirming its role as the most important regional partner of Albanian tourism.
The data show that coastal areas have been the most preferred destination for non-resident visitors, including Kosovo Albanians, while hotels and similar accommodation structures have significantly dominated other forms of stay.
This shows that Kosovo's trips to Albania during November were not only family visits, but also well-organized vacations, linked to holidays and long weekends.
