Si po ndryshon modeli i arsimit? Kurrikul e re dhe inteligjencë artificiale në klasa
Përditësimi i sistemit arsimor është një nga drejtimet kryesore të parashikuara në Dokumentin e Politikave Prioritare 2027–2029, ku synohet përshtatja e arsimit me zhvillimet teknologjike dhe kërkesat e tregut të punës.
Në këtë kuadër, është përfunduar procesi i përditësimit të 51 programeve mësimore për klasat 1, 6 dhe 10, si dhe për lëndën e Teknologjisë së Informacionit dhe Komunikimit për klasat 4 dhe 5. Nga këto, pjesa më e madhe i përket kurrikulës bërthamë, ndërsa një pjesë janë programe me zgjedhje, duke synuar një arsim më fleksibël dhe të orientuar drejt zhvillimit të kompetencave.
Njëkohësisht, janë miratuar edhe dokumentet bazë kurrikulare për të gjitha nivelet e arsimit parauniversitar, nga arsimi fillor deri tek ai i mesëm i lartë, duke krijuar një strukturë më të unifikuar të sistemit arsimor.
Një nga risitë kryesore të kësaj reforme është integrimi i teknologjisë në procesin mësimor. Kurrikula e re e TIK-ut, tashmë po zbatohet në klasat e para dhe pritet të zgjerohet më tej, duke përfshirë elementë të kodimit dhe inteligjencës artificiale që në moshë të hershme.
Në mbështetje të kësaj qasjeje, janë ngritur laboratorë inteligjentë në shkolla, të cilët u japin nxënësve mundësinë të eksperimentojnë dhe të zhvillojnë aftësi praktike përmes përdorimit të teknologjisë moderne.
Një tjetër komponent i rëndësishëm i parashikuar në dokument është edhe zhvillimi profesional i mësuesve. Gjatë vitit 2025 janë trajnuar mbi 15 mijë punonjës arsimorë, ndërsa programi i ri për periudhën 2026–2028 synon të trajnojë rreth 20 mijë çdo vit, me fokus në metodologjitë bashkëkohore dhe përdorimin e teknologjisë në mësimdhënie.
Reforma prek edhe arsimin profesional, përmes përditësimit të kualifikimeve dhe akreditimit të institucioneve, me synimin për të forcuar lidhjen mes arsimit dhe tregut të punës.
