Albania, the new destination for solo travelers - The number of "solo tourists" is increasing, what are the places to visit?

"There are many foreign tourists who travel alone, but in recent years, solo tourists from Albania traveling to European destinations have increased. It has grown as a trend."
But what is the profile of the solo tourist?
It is mainly women who have begun to explore solo tourism, but according to experts, traveling alone, for many individuals, means less cost than in groups.
"I believe that traveling just makes it easier to travel to a place because you get what you want, you see what you want, you're not conditioned by the other people around you so it's easier."
But has the number of Albanians traveling alone increased?
"The number of Albanians traveling alone outside Albania has increased by 20-30% and the main destinations are Europe, especially European capitals and metropolises."
In Albania, the most popular cities for solo travel are Berat, Gjirokastra, Thethi, Valbona, and the southern coastal areas.
