Sektori i agropërpunimit, drejt modernizimit/ Ministrja Denaj: Mbështetje deri në 7.5 milionë lekë për subjekt
Skema Kombëtare e Investimeve 2025 vijon të mbështesë zhvillimin e sektorit agroindustrial në vend. Këtë vit, përfituesit potencialë mund të aplikojnë për financim në blerjen e linjave, makinerive dhe pajisjeve moderne për përpunimin, seleksionimin, paketimin dhe etiketimin e frutave, perimeve, rrushit, verës, ullirit, si dhe vajit të ullirit.
Ministrja e Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural, Anila Denaj, përmes një njoftimi në rrjetet sociale bëri të ditur se në kuadër të Skemës Kombëtare të Investimeve 2025, ofrohet një grant prej 50% të vlerës totale të faturave tatimore për çdo subjekt, me një kufi maksimal prej 7.5 milionë lekësh.
Përmes përfitimit të 50% grant nga skema dhe kombinimit me kredinë e butë me interes vetëm 2% dhe garanci sovrane prej 70% të kolateralit, fermerët sigurojnë financim të plotë për të gjithë investimin, theksoi ministrja Denaj.
Skema synon të nxisë automatizimin dhe rritjen e cilësisë së prodhimit, duke shtuar vlerën e produkteve shqiptare në treg. Ndërkohë, aplikimet kanë nisur që nga data 30 korrik 2025 dhe do të jenë të hapura deri më datën 30 shtator 2025. Për të përfituar nga kjo mbështetje, të gjithë fermerët individualë, si dhe shoqëritë me status fizik ose juridik mund të aplikojnë pranë zyrave qendrore të AZHBR-së.
Skema përfshin gjithsej nëntë masa mbështetëse për investime në sektorin bujqësor. Një nga risitë e këtij viti, është mbështetja e veçantë për agropërpunimin për të cilin janë alokuar 20 milionë euro. Skema gjithashtu i jep mundësinë çdo aplikanti të përfitojë nga më shumë se një masë mbështetjeje, pa kufizime monetare, duke lejuar kombinimin e investimeve në mbjellje të reja, me investime në teknologji dhe mbrojtjen e prodhimeve.
Kjo skemë ka për qëllim rritjen e konkurrueshmërisë dhe fuqizimin e inovacionit në zinxhirin agroushqimor, duke siguruar gjithashtu përmbushjen e standardeve të BE-së për sigurinë ushqimore.
