How much money did KPP collect in 11 months of 2024? - 53.3 million ALL were collected in the state budget from tender fees
Based on the data of the Procurement Bulletin, in the period of 11 months, January-November 2024, the Public Procurement Commission has registered a total of 1062 complaints from economic operators, for the tendering procedures.
According to the November Bulletin, a total of 101 complaints from economic operators were recorded in that month.
Meanwhile, referring to the complaints according to the stage of the process for which the complaint was submitted, 35 complaints were addressed for the Standard Tender Documents, while for the evaluation of offers there are 66 in total.
On the other hand, according to the type of contract, 72 complaints were registered for goods, 17 for services and 12 for public works.
In the same data, it is calculated that in the 11-month period of the year just left, a total of about 156.7 million ALL were collected, which are financial fees, as a guarantee for procurement procedures to economic operators.
However, the financial fees which have been returned to the economic operators at the end of the review of the procurement procedures, are about ALL 118.5 million.
But the money will be collected in the state budget?
Calculating them, for the period January-November, there are a total of 53.3 million ALL, financial fees to be paid to the state budget after the end of the review of the tendering procedures.
