694 million ALL for the new school in Tirana - The tender for the construction of the modern facility is opened
The Municipality of Tirana has announced the opening of the tender for the construction of a new school on "3 Martyrs" street, which includes 9-year education, secondary education and kindergarten. The estimated limit fund of this project is 694 million and 106 thousand ALL.
According to the tender document published in the Public Procurement Agency, the project will consist of the design of a new building, to develop teaching facilities for students of higher secondary education, also for preschool education.
The school is designed with 3 floors above the ground. On the ground floor will be located the administration, teachers' room, auxiliary spaces (warehouse, maintenance, technical spaces), laboratories, as well as the gym with its auxiliary facilities.
On this floor there are also 3 stairs, of which 2 end up to the second floor of the school, where one of the stairs also serves as a fire escape, while the third staircase is designed in the form of a recreational space, where students can stay for relaxing or reading. Meanwhile, on this floor, the other services it needs are the sanitary facilities.
On the +1 floor we can see the classrooms, the environment of the psychologist. Also, the gym part is developed, as well as the balcony part for relaxation.
Meanwhile, to cope with the capacity of the number of students in the area for the upper secondary school type 4, 21 ordinary classes with a capacity of 30-32 students and 4 laboratories (chemistry, biology, physics, informatics) are foreseen.
The number of students for the school is expected to range between 900-960.
Meanwhile, 6 classrooms with a capacity of 24 children have been designed for the kindergarten (the classroom includes the dining, playing, learning, sleeping area). Offices for psychologist, nursing, administration, kitchen as well as auxiliary facilities for staff. The kindergarten has a maximum capacity of 144 children.
