35 million euros to improve the electricity transmission network in northern Albania after the 2019 earthquake.
The investments will be carried out through a loan from Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, while Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Edona Bilali has provided details of the interventions that will extend to Fushë-Krujë, Lezhë and Shkodër.
Bilali said that these investments are expected to reduce losses in the network, as well as improve indicators for electricity outages.
The loan agreement has been filed in Parliament for several years, but only now has its review in parliamentary committees begun.
