Around 1.3 million applications for electronic services/ Vehicle taxes, among the most used services in e-Albania during July
The government platform e-Albania is experiencing a continuous growth, both in the number of users and in the services it offers to citizens. During July, around 1.3 million applications for electronic services were registered, marking an increase compared to the previous month.
The use of electronic services has also increased significantly, reaching nearly 2.1 million. Meanwhile, the official website of the platform has recorded over 15.6 million visits and almost 37 million transactions have been carried out, a figure that testifies to the ever-expanding extent of the use of this platform by citizens.
The number of new users this month has reached around 23 thousand, representing a significant increase compared to previous months of the year. Currently, the platform is regularly used by around 344 thousand people via mobile, which shows that online services are gaining more and more popularity.
However, during July, a decrease was observed in the number of documents generated with an electronic seal, which reached around 896 thousand. The most requested documents this month were personal and family certificates, as well as confirmation of the payment of contributions for the individual.
On the other hand, citizens have used paid services more frequently, with the most requested being the payment of the annual tax for used vehicles and luxury vehicles, the application for the fiscalization project certificate, as well as applications for a passport and identity card. During the month, a large number of applications were made for social security contributions, for salary certificates, as well as for the filing of financial statements and audit reports.
