The project, a new flower garden of 13 thousand square meters in Vlora - Retraining for the "Trojan Horse" and Ali Demi
The flower gardens of the city of Vlora will undergo urban retraining. The Municipality of Vlora has announced the tender worth 20.9 million ALL for the retraining of the flower gardens in the area known as the Trojan Horse, in the area in front of the Police, in the Kushtrimi neighborhood and next to the Ali Demi school.
The project for the flower garden in the Kushtrimi neighborhood proposes the creation of a new flower garden in Vlora, which will cover an area of 13 thousand square meters. The park will provide a space for relaxation, cultural and social activities, and will contribute to improving the quality of life in the city.
In addition to rest facilities and a children's park, the project for this flower garden provides for a walking and running path.
The next flower garden that will be subject to qualification is the one in the area known as the Trojan Horse. This is an existing flower garden that is currently in need of reconstruction.
The reconstruction, apart from arranging and placing trees and flowers, also foresees a playground for children.
Likewise, the flower garden next to the Ali Demi school will be retrained with new benches and trees and flowers. All three projects envisage the installation of LED lighting.
