Beauty professions as employment opportunities in emigration - Beautician: Girls give up on diplomas, turn to "nails and eyelashes"

"Many girls who have completed their higher education here in Albania, give up the schools they attended and turn to the field of aesthetics, only to then leave Albania."
This is one of the latest habits of immigrant girls choosing alternative employment methods in emigrating countries, whether in the European Union or towards the United States of America. But why is aesthetics being chosen as an opportunity to generate income outside Albania?
Salo Salillari Aesthetician:
"I have 10 years of experience in the field of aesthetics, I see a growing trend for taking courses in nails, eyelashes, and make-up. Recently, it has developed a lot, but in the last year there has been a "boom" of interest from girls who want to take courses in nails, eyelashes, and make-up here in Albania and go abroad. From my trainees, I have information that this profession is much more appreciated in EU countries and beyond."
On the other hand, what are the costs they have to pay to take specific aesthetics courses in our country?
Salo Salillari Aesthetician:
"A nail course costs 200, 400, up to 600 and there are cases where we can have it for 1200 euros, which lasts a month. Meanwhile, eyelashes are one of the latest trends, in the last two years that has been strongly introduced in Albania, I see a very big interest and it is a course that lasts about 2 weeks that costs 600, 400, 1200 euros, depending on the studio that gives this course. And for eyebrows, I see a growing trend, for the interest of girls to do the course, and it costs 1000-1200 euros and this course can last 2 weeks to 1 month."
Meanwhile, as of September 1, several types of nail gels have been banned in the European Union, after chemicals were found to affect fertility and reproduction.
