" Fiscal Peace does not compromise fiscal sustainability ." This is what the Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, said, responding to the IMF report on this government initiative.
" Fiscal peace does not jeopardize fiscal sustainability. We are moving in accordance with EU directives so that on the path of integration we have a clear picture also in terms of business. I do not see a component of violating the fiscal stance. We have had these voices as our main focus. These are not words, the figures show it best, " said Ibrahimaj.
Regarding pensions, Ibrahimaj said that the pension package is not yet ready due to the complexity and long-term forecasts that need to be made.
