The planned interventions within the Dumrea Eco Park include two main typologies: works on buildings and interventions in the system and landscape. The document emphasizes that the aim is to create a natural, educational and recreational tourist destination, which will function as a multifunctional Eco Park and diversify the tourist offer in the Belsh area. The program aims to combine the experience of staying in nature with educational and recreational activities, while maintaining the ecological character of the development.
On the other hand, Eco Park Dumrea will be conceived as an integrated complex of activities and functions, structured in several functional areas that include ecological accommodation, spaces for food and socialization, educational areas and outdoor recreational activities.
