A new step towards strengthening economic relations between Albania and Indonesia
During her official visit to Jakarta, the Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Indonesia on cooperation in the field of labor mobility.
According to the minister, this memorandum creates the basis for a structured cooperation that will enable regular, safe and sustainable migration for employment, responding to the needs of the Albanian economy for labor, especially in the tourism and hospitality sectors, manufacturing, construction and other sectors with high demand.
Cooperation between the institutions of the two countries will guarantee the implementation of high standards for the protection of employee rights and the development of a more sustainable labor market, to the benefit of our economies.
"This is another concrete step in expanding Albania's international partnerships and supporting economic development through cooperation and legal labor mobility," emphasizes Minister Ibrahimaj.
