Expropriations for three road projects approved, budget will pay 85 million lek
Based on the law "On expropriations and temporary use of private property for public interest", the Council of Ministers has decided that the state budget will pay over 85 million lek for the expropriations of three road projects that are under construction. According to the three relevant decisions, the amounts to be paid according to the projects are:
1. For the “Widening of the Elbasan-Përrenjas-Qafëthanë road, (phase III)”, the owners of real estate, private property, that are expropriated, are compensated in full value for assets of the type “field”, “land” and “building”, with a total value of 14,724,608 (fourteen million seven hundred twenty-four thousand six hundred eight) lekë.
2. For the project "Study-design of the Elbasan-Lekaj road axis, corridor 8, construction of the Papër-Ura e Grykshit road axis", the owners of real estate, private property, that are expropriated, are compensated in the full amount of 14,667,525 (fourteen million six hundred sixty-seven thousand five hundred twenty-five) lekë.
3. For the project "Construction, Kthesa e Bërdicas - Ura e Baçallëkut" the owners of real estate, private property, that are expropriated, are compensated in full, 57 455 087.10 (fifty-seven million four hundred fifty-five thousand eighty-seven point ten) lekë.
