MIE: Report on the situation created by bad weather and the measures taken by the relevant structures!
High intensity rainfall was recorded throughout the country on Tuesday evening and in the early hours of today. As a result, several problems were reported, while structures under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy were on the ground throughout the night. Interventions have been ongoing wherever problems have been noted and are continuing today to return the situation to normal.
ARA, OSSH, AKUK and all other agencies, with increased capacities and specialized equipment, are continuing work in the territory, despite the severe weather conditions.
SITUATION ON ROAD AXES
• As a result of the rainfall, there has been water inflow, inert materials and damage to several road segments, with the most problematic situation in the areas of Gjirokastra, Saranda and Tropoja. Contractors with vehicles and workers have been on the ground without interruption to clean the roads.
• Traffic continues on all national axes, except for the Kranë–Muzinë axis, which is currently blocked by the flooding of the Bistrica River.
Problem axes:
• Bajram Curri–Valbonë / Dushaj–Lekbibaj / BajramCurri–Fierzë – Rock mass detachments and cracks in retaining walls. Traffic continues.
• Kukës–Krumë / Kukës–Shishtavec – Fall of materials. Traffic has not been interrupted.
• Skuraj–Burrel – Rockfall. Passed with one lane in some segments.
• Koplik–Bogë / Dedaj–Razëm / Bogë–Theth – Fallen materials. They have been cleared.
• Koplik–Reç – Erosion of embankments. Requires immediate intervention.
• Hani i Hotit–Vermosh – Fallen materials. They have been cleared, traffic continues normally.
• Librazhd–Qafë Thanë – There were trees that fell. They moved away from the road.
• Qukës-Qafë Plloçë - Falling stones and debris on the road.
• Elbasan–Peqin – Alluvial outfall. They were cleaned.
• Kakome–Himarë – Landslide, work is underway to clear it. Open to traffic.
• Gjirokastër–Kakavijë (Lazarat) – Difficulties due to water and debris, work is underway to clean up.
• Himara–Qafë Gjashtë (Lukovo) – Landslide.
• Shijan–Gajdar Bridge – The Kalasë River has entered the road.
• Shijan–Delvinë – Water and many inerts in the segment.
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
Distribution network
• Electricity has been restored in several areas of the north, as a result of the commissioning of two 35kV lines in Koplik and Velipojë.
• The situation appears more stable in the Kukës and Burrel regions.
• There are currently 36 feeders out of service, for which measures have been taken to resolve the defect.
• In the south, the Bunec Substation has suffered a breakdown due to the 35kV line coming from Saranda.
• OSSH, in full readiness with material resources and staff dedicated to emergencies.
Transmission network
Në sistemin e transmetimit ka pasur disa stakime të linjëve për shkak të shkarkimeve atmosferike.
• Në orën 20:50 u stakuan L110kV Seta-Peshkopi, L110 F. Arrëz-Lajthizë. Mbeten pa tension, deri 10 minuta N/st Kukës110, Kalimash Tunel110, Kalimash110, Lajthize110, dhe HEC Bele, Lapaj, Veleshica, Seta, Lashkiza. Linjat u rikthyen në punë. Mot me shkarkime atmosferike.
• Në orën 21.30, u stakuan linjat: L110 Kukës-Lapaj dhe L110 Shumat - Veleshica; Mbetën pa tension deri në 6 minuta, HEC Lapaj, Veleshica. Linjat u rikthyen në punë. Mot me shkarkime atmosferike.
• Në orën 22.22 linja L220 Burrel-Elbasan1 u stakua. U rikyç nga mbrojtja menjëherë. Stakim tranzitor. Nuk u preken konsumatorë apo HEC-e.
• Në orën 23:22, u stakua linja L110 Orikum-Himarë. U rikthye në punë pas 3 minutave. Nuk u prekën konsumatorë.
• Në orën 01:05, u stakua Linja L110 Gjirokastër2 - Memaliaj. Nuk u preken konsumatorë. Linja u rikthye në punë.
• Në orën 02:27 stakuar L110 Himarë-Sarandë, ora 04:23 stakuar L110 Orikum-Himarë. Nuk u prekën konsumatorë.
• Aktualisht, nuk ka defekte ose avari ne elementet e Sistemit të Transmetimit të OST.
• Të gjitha brigadat janë në gatishmëri.
Situata në kaskadën e Drinit
• Deri sot në orën 08:00 kanë rënë rreth 70 mm në basenin e Fierzës dhe rreth 190 mm në basenin e Koman-Vau i Dejës.
• Aktualisht vijojnë reshjet e shiut me intensitet të ulët/mesatar, kryesisht në basenin e Fierzës.
FURNIZIMI ME UJË TË PIJSHËM
• Të gjitha Stacionet e Pompimit janë në gjendje pune dhe gatishmërie.
• Burimet me gravitet që preken direkt nga turbullira dhe ndotja e ujit janë marrë masat konform kushteve higjeno-sanitare që të bëhet pastrimi, klorinimi deri në sigurimin e kushteve për furnizim të banorëve.
• Nuk ka pasur asnjë rast të ndërprerjes së furnizimit me ujë .
• Impiantet e Trajtimit të Ujërave të Ndotura dhe Kanalizimet kanë operuar me kapacitet të plotë për shkak të sasisë së konsiderueshme të prurjeve nga reshjet gjatë natës ku janë në operim normal dhe pa probleme.
• Aktualisht në terren janë grupet e punës për kontroll në çdo zonë ku mund të shfaqen probleme.
• Operojnë me rreth 40 grupe në të gjithë vendin të pajisur me mjetet operacionale ndihmëse.
